Hi, I’m Christal.
I’m a people person through and through, bringing positive energy, compassion, and understanding to everything I do. I’m a good listener, open-minded, and not easily shocked. Efficient, realistic, and discreet, I’m here to help without judgement.
I’m also a Professional Organiser and a busy mum of two energetic boys! My work combines my passion for people, sustainability, and creating calm, functional spaces.

Before launching I Organise Manchester in 2020, I spent many years as an Event Manager, planning everything from weddings to conferences. Although I loved the role, it wasn’t fully aligned with my purpose.
After experiencing my own burnout, I discovered how decluttering and organising could quiet my mind and bring a sense of peace. That realisation inspired me to start this business.
Today, I’m an established Professional Organiser and an active member of the Association of Professional Declutterers and Organisers (APDO). I’ve even supported APDO’s Events Team, helping curate their annual international conference.
This work makes my heart sing every day because I see the transformation it brings to my clients’ lives—whether it’s moving from overwhelm to feeling in control, adapting a home to life changes, maximising family time, or simply creating a space that feels good.
