Christal Dauncey is the founder and owner of I Organise Mcr and is a sole trader.
I Organise Mcr (IOM) works on a strictly private and confidential basis. This includes confidentiality of personal details, circumstances, and confidentiality information that we may come across as a result of our work. I Organise Mcr is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and keep your contact details on record but will not disclose them with anyone else.

Personal information
When you book a consultation with IOM the following contact data is required:
Full name, gender, telephone number, address for the place of work and billing, contact email. If you have made contact via social media this information will also be retained.
Sensitive information
IOM may take notes from any discussions with regards to the decluttering and organising projects. These will be kept for up to 3 years following the project and will not be shared. If at any point the client would like to see a copy of these notes this can be done upon request. A copy of any other written correspondence to include; email, text messages, messages through social media platforms will also be kept for up to 3 years following a project. A client can request that any notes be destroyed following a session.
Any information that you provide about your health, race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, will always remain confidential. As will all conversations and the nature of the work we carry out within the session/s.
During a decluttering and organising project before and after photographs may be taken. These will be used to show progress. Only if the client is in agreement will these images be shared. Further details can be found in the booking terms and conditions.
How information is protected, stored and how long for:
In order to comply with accounting purposes all financial records will be kept for 6 years. This will include invoices and records of payments. IOM will not request any of your financial information as all payments will be made directly between bank accounts.
Sensitive information relation to a decluttering and organising project will be held on record for up to 3 years.
All the personal information that you provide to IOM is held on secure password protected software. We endeavour to ensure that your personal information is maintained and updated correctly. Notes from meetings will be made in a notepad which will be kept securely with personal information omitted/removed.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information it is held on secure password protected software.
You must inform us of any changes to your personal information to ensure our records are up to date.
