How is coaching different from therapy?

No formal prep needed. Just bring yourself, your challenges, and your hopes for the future. I’ll guide you through tools and conversations designed to help you gain clarity.
How often are the sessions?Most clients choose fortnightly sessions, giving space to reflect and take action in between. Weekly or monthly sessions can also work depending on your needs.
